Most professionals understand that networking is important but are never taught the tools to do it effectively and in an authentic manner. Yet networking is critical to be effective in the workplace. After all, it's not always what you know or who you know… but rather who knows you. Rachel B. Simon, author of, Relationships at Work: How to Authentically Network within Your Company, will share her proven approach to demystifying the art of networking.
