Policies and Procedures:
• After the Coaching sessions have been purchased, any unused sessions will not be refunded, but may be rescheduled with another SWE coach. Please reach out to learning@swe.org if you wish to switch coaches.
• If you are unsure how many sessions you need, we highly suggest you purchase one session to start.
• It is the Client's responsibility to notify the Coach 24 hours in advance of the scheduled calls/meetings to reschedule or cancel.
