Speaker
Neeraja Ganesh is a consultant with Quinnergy Leadership academy, an organization which enables individuals to harness their inner energy using frameworks from Indic wisdom. She’s a freelance consultant, who conducts various training programs and workshops on leadership and behaviours. She also coaches people to progress in their careers. Prior to this role, Neeraja Ganesh’s professional experience of 25 years has been in the Information Technology industry managing large teams, delivery of IT projects, Operational excellence and customer delight for large banking captives. She’s a recipient of the JobsForHer HerRising award in women professionals category for her contributions to the work of gender diversity.
