Receiving developmental feedback is a foundation for career growth yet numerous studies show that the feedback women and minorities receive isn’t specific or actionable. Your ability to ask for the feedback you need can make a large difference in achieving your career goals. This session explores best practices for managers and individual contributors to ask for, give, and receive feedback.
