Developing the Mindset for Inclusive Leadership Townhall

Course Description
Open Q&A Forums are vital for deepening learning, offering members a valuable communications channel to air concerns or address open questions. Designed around participants’ pre-submitted questions, broad “tracks” or themes are formulated to group related questions and organize the dialogue. As pre-submitted questions are answered within each track by the facilitator, audience members are also invited to submit live questions. The interactive nature of the Open Forum Q&As complement recorded curriculum and help reinforce training messages.

Learning Outcomes
By the end of this course, you should be able to:
  • Develop questions and ideas to initiate dialogue.
  • Communicate effectively and respectfully within and beyond the townhall.
  • Evaluate the processes used in recognizing and solving DEI issues.

Duration:
70 minutes
