ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Gail Golden, MBA, Ph.D., is the Principal of Gail Golden Consulting, LLC, an international network of senior management psychologists and consultants. For over twenty years she has developed deep expertise in helping businesses build better leaders and navigate rapid change. One of her specialties is facilitating leaders’ growth by teaching them how to use great mentors and be a great mentor. Gail has extensive experience as a public speaker and media commentator, and has presented many times for SWE. She taught at the Booth School of Business of the University of Chicago and has been quoted in Fast Company, Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, Crain’s Chicago Business, The Chicago Tribune, and numerous other publications. She serves on the Women’s Board of the University of Chicago and has been elected to the International Women’s Forum. Her book, Curating Your Life, will be published by Rowman and Littlefield in April 2020.
