The COVID-19 pandemic has introduced an extraordinary level of fear and uncertainty, unlike anything most of us have ever experienced. During these times, people have become introspective and are reevaluating their personal lives and professional careers. This interactive workshop uses components of the Reignite Her Light System to address concerns with work-family balance and job-security which was identified as concerns of SWE members in the recent SWE Report, Impact of COVID-19 on Women in Engineering and Technology. This workshop is intended to address those concerns to create daily fulfillment in both your personal and professional life

SWE is accredited by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) and is accredited to issue the IACET CEU. In order to earn CEUs for this course, you must complete the full course and pass the knowledge check assessment with an 80%.
