Course Description
Join a panel of Engineering Deans from diverse universities to learn about the role and responsibilities of a Dean, how being a Dean differs from other leadership roles in engineering academia, and key skills to be successful as a Dean. Learn about various pathways to becoming a Dean and explore common questions asked about the roles and responsibilities of a Dean during the Q&A discussion.
