Speak Up! How to Show Up with Presence and Communicate Your Ideas Effectively

Course Description
To gain buy-in, create alignment, and move projects forward you need presence and the skills to communicate clearly and persuasively. Presenting effectively to people on your team, cross-functionally, to leadership, and with clients is particularly challenging when you are the only woman in the room. In this webinar, you will learn: (1) How to identify and overcome doubt, tackle the inner critic, and cultivate the courage to share your ideas, (2) Best practices to show up with presence and sound confident in-person and virtually, (3) A framework to communicate your ideas and work concisely and persuasively, (4) How to prepare for and remove obstacles that arise. During this interactive course you will practice techniques from your seat and immediately implement them at work.

Learning Outcomes
By the end of this webinar, you should be able to:
  • Examine and reverse self-limiting thoughts that prevent you from sharing your voice.
  • Practice techniques for displaying presence and speaking clearly.
