Course Description 
The purpose of this orientation is to provide essential information to help you have a successful session at the WE annual conference. All speakers must follow the guidelines outlined in this orientation; failure to follow the guidelines may prevent you from speaking at future SWE events.

Learning Outcomes
By the end of this course, you should be able to:

• Identify available speaker resources and speaker due dates
• Recognize best practices for:
  • Speaking to an adult audience and rules of engagement
  • Creating a session outline
  • Best practices for accessible presentations
• Identify session recording guidelines and steps to record your session
• Describe the snap sessions speaker process and best practices for panel discussions
