Wanda Watson, Transportation and Industrial Business Lead for the DuPont Field Engineering and Supply Chain Development Program, received her BS in Chemical Engineering from Hampton University and her MBA from Marshall University. Wanda serves as the Transportation and Industrial Business Lead for the DuPont Field Engineering and Supply Chain Development Program as well as a Quality Manager for the Vespel® Parts and Shapes business. As the business lead for the Field Engineering Program, she is responsible for the recruitment and retention of engineers in DuPont’s rotational program.
Amber Gilkeson, Recruiting & Selection Consultant, received a BBA in Finance from the University of Kentucky (GO CATS!) and then obtained an MS in Human Resources Management from Marshall University. Amber’s path to corporate recruiting started back in a part-time role in the recruiting office at her Grad School.
