As a former electrical engineer, she founded MoreThanACollegeDegree.com to help students, new hires and emerging leaders navigate the unwritten rules and unexpected pitfalls they face early in their career. Her coaching and training services focus on practical, real life strategies and solutions to topics typically not taught in school or found in a textbook. KL is an advocate for all things STEM related. She’s passionate about increasing the number of women in STEM and developing a pipeline of future female leaders who will ultimately populate the C-Suite. From assertiveness and personal branding to executive presence, interviewing, and dealing with conflict, this third generation educator is excellent at teaching the nuts and bolts of communicating with impact so that ANY student can transition for “campus to career” with ease!
