You are resilient. However, the challenges presented by COVID-19, from the stress of completing college classes in an online environment to envisioning a future workforce changed by a global pandemic, are unprecedented. Now is not the time to work harder; it’s the time to upgrade your personal leadership operating system so that you are energized when you think about how to make the most of the upcoming challenges. Participants in this course will complete an assessment in order to identify their own leadership style, then learn about opportunities and challenges of each available style and record their findings in the CLI Career Readiness Handbook.
