Listening to Each Other: Effective Communication Across the Generations




Course Description 
This course will share some of the communication frustrations between the five generations currently in the workforce (including the compelling Generation Z, just arrived!) and provide attendees with concrete strategies to build a better sense of community in their organizations. 

Learning Outcomes
By the end of this course, you should be able to:
  • Identify the documented communication styles of the various generations.
  • Develop and employ strategies for engaging the younger generations (early millennials, late millennials, Gen Z).
  • Recognize and combat the frustrations associated with working on a multi-generational team.
