Members will gain an understanding of the difference a compelling vision makes for personal, team and organizational development and success – and what happens when vision goes missing. This course includes concrete steps for creating a vision and ensuring its integration into team or organization culture.

Speaker
Beth Michaels has been serving SWE members in building leadership and management skills since 2010. She is in her 30th year of leadership consulting practice, supporting leaders across business and nonprofit teams in the accomplishment of their goals. Her areas of focus include leadership and organizational culture development, strategic planning and leadership team effectiveness. Beth recently led SWE’s first national research project, resulting in new insights about why women leave the engineering sector and what we can do about it.
