This eLearning course aims to build leadership, inclusion and allyship behaviors, the core elements of a truly welcoming workplace. The course includes the following five interactive modules:
- Module 1: A Shared Language for DEI & The 6 Cs of Inclusive Leaders
- Module 2: Addressing Unconscious Bias in Society
- Module 3: Intercultural Fluency 101 & Confronting Cultural Bias
- Module 4: How to Be an Ally at Any Level
- Module 5: Spark Momentum with Self-Reflection
- Townhall 1 and Townhall 2 are provided as electives.
