Leadership Fundamentals




Course Description 
This series was designed to educate engineers on the skills necessary to be an influential leader in any setting. Broken up into five, narrated eLearning modules, with each taking approximately 20 – 40 minutes to complete. 

Learning Outcomes
By the end of this course, you should be able to:
  • Explore your personal strengths and weaknesses as a leader. 
  • Identify different communication styles and how they impact your performance. 
  • Identify the value of constructive feedback as a tool for managing performance.
  • Determine the most effective leadership style to use to empower teams to succeed.
  • Develop a keen understanding of when and how to make the appropriate business decisions, as well as gain a fuller understanding of the business decisions and directions you observe in your organization.

ACCREDITATION INFORMATION
This course offers 0.5 CEUs / 5.0 PDH. To receive CEU/PDH, the course must be viewed in its entirety in addition to completing the knowledge check with an 80%.
