Course Description 
In the shift to hybrid work, leadership capability of everyone has been tapped. Being a better team leader means being a better hybrid team leader. This workshop helps you gain practices to better lead hybrid teams.

Learning Outcomes
By the end of this course, you should be able to:
  • Identify four key conversations to better lead or be a part of hybrid teams.
  • Identify a process for engaging in critical hybrid team conversations.
  • Recognize techniques to improve collaboration across a hybrid organization.

Speaker
Kelly Simmons is the Global Director of Consultative Solutions at the Center for Creative Leadership, where she leads a team responsible for integrating solutions, content, and technologies that help answer clients’ most pressing needs. As an experienced advocate in systemic change, Kelly has spoken and written on the topics of team and organizational systems. Her publications include the book, Beating the Odds – Stories of Women in STEM as well as a chapter on Team Systems in the publication: Do You Work or Collaborate?
