The interactive modules within this course are designed to provide you with the necessary tools to promote respectful workplace behavior and comply with regulations pertaining to harassment & discrimination, diversity & inclusion, and managing bias.

Because certain states require specific harassment & discrimination training requirements, this course is broken up into 7 sections:

• California
• Conneticut
• Delaware
• Illinois
• Maine
• New York
• Non-state specific (If you are living in a state with no-specific guidelines)

CEU/PDH credits are offered on specific modules within the sections. You can find the amount of credits listed within each module description.

You are responsible to retake this material every two years, as indicated by your state specific requirements, or by your PE accrediting body.
