Neurodistinct people have long been marginalized in employment. Employers with a commitment to their communities and to social responsibility should welcome the opportunity to create more equitable workplaces and hiring. This webinar serves as an introductory session offering a comprehensive overview of neurodiversity and neuroinclusion in the workplace, aiming to energize and equip learners to champion and practice neuroinclusion in their respective teams and workplace. Learners will walk away with an understanding of the importance of neuroinclusion as well as some practical strategies in creating a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Learning Outcomes
By the end of this course, you should be able to:

  • Identify and explain key concepts and terminology related to neurodiversity and neuroinclusion
  • Describe how neurodiversity intersects with other aspects of diversity and inclusion, and recognize and address the unique challenges faced by neurodivergent individuals with diverse backgrounds.
  • Apply practical strategies for promoting a culture of inclusive collaboration among colleagues, fostering a sense of belonging and mutual support within teams.
