Course Description
Why teams? With an increase in global competition, companies are placing an overwhelming emphasis on greater productivity from a smaller number of employees. To maximize productivity, more and more companies are turning to team-building as an effective and efficient way to achieve their objectives in today's marketplace.

  • Determine the most effective leadership style to use to empower teams to succeed based on what project or development stage they are in.
  • Identify specific measures to use to encourage the attributes of a high-performing team.
