The project management series will walk beginning project managers through essential project management skills that project managers should know, but may not have had training on, including:
  • Part 1: Project Management Overview
  • Part 2: Project Charters
  • Part 3: Risk Management
  • Part 4: Earned Value Management Systems

This course offers 0.4 CEUs / 4.0 PDH (Each module is worth 0.1 CEU/1 PDH, for a series total of 0.4 CEUs/4 PDH.) To receive CEU/PDH, the course must be viewed in its entirety in addition to completing the knowledge check with an 80%.
